I've spent over two decades living and breathing the connection between food, health, and healing. I'm in my 60s and I'm not on any medication — and I attribute that entirely to the daily, intentional relationship I've built with what I put on my plate and how I prepare it.

Do I need to know how to cook to work with Oralia?

Not at all. I meet you exactly where you are — whether you've never chopped a vegetable or you've been cooking for years but feel stuck in the same rut. Building real skills together is the whole point.

Is this a diet program?

No. This isn't about restriction or a "plan" you follow for 30 days and abandon. I work with you to build a lasting relationship with food that fits your life, your body, and your tastes — for the long term.

How does the discovery call work?

It's a genuine, warm conversation — just the two of us. I'll ask about your health, your goals, your kitchen, and your life. You ask me whatever you need to ask. No pitch, no pressure — just clarity and connection.

Why 12 months? Why not just 3?

Because real change takes time. My 12-month program gives you not just knowledge, but practice, accountability, and the kind of deep integration that actually changes how you live. I offer shorter programs too, but the 12-month experience is where the full transformation happens.

What makes Nutrilicious different from other health coaches?
